Steps

  1. 1

    Select the order

Open Cashier in the sidebar, stay on the Active tab and tap the guest’s order. Its details open on the right.

  2. 2

    Tap Proceed to Payment

Check the Total (Tax and fee included), then tap Proceed to Payment.

  3. 3

    Choose the payment method

Open Payment Method and pick Card (+3% fee), Cash, Bank transfer, QRIS, E-Wallet or EDC.

  4. 4

    Enter the amount received

For cash, tap the Exact chip, tap a quick amount, or type into Enter amount received. The change is worked out for you.

  5. 5

    Finish

Add a Tip (Optional) if there is one, then tap Proceed to Payment. Afterwards choose to print the Receipt, Kitchen Docket or Both.

The button stays muted until an amount is entered. For one bill paid with several methods, use Multi-Payment. QRIS opens a window from our payment partner.

Good to know

A little more depth, so your team understands why, not just which button.

The payment methods you can take

EnakPOS accepts Card (with a 3% fee), Cash, Bank transfer, QRIS, E-Wallet and EDC. The list is set by EnakPay per venue, so message us if you want one added or hidden.

Multi-Payment versus Split Bill

Use Multi-Payment when one bill is paid with several methods, for example part cash and the rest QRIS. Use Split Bill when guests want separate bills; it sits in the order’s Actions menu and needs a PIN.

When the guest is not paying yet

Use Charge to Customer (Pending Payment) so the bill sits against that customer to collect later. The customer must already be allowed to pay on account in EnakVP.
