Open the register at the start of a shift
Start a cashier shift in EnakPOS by recording the opening cash in the drawer, so the end-of-shift recap adds up.

Steps

Log in to EnakPOS
Open EnakPOS on the cashier tablet and sign in with Login with PIN, or with email and password.

Enter the opening cash
If no register is open, the Open Register screen appears. Count the cash in the drawer and enter it in Opening Cash Amount. Add Opening Notes if you need to.

Open the register and start selling
Tap Open Register, then Continue to POS. The Home screen opens and your team is ready to take orders.
During the shift, record cash taken out of or added to the drawer with Cash Movement in the sidebar, then tap Record.
