Give a discount on one order
Take money off one bill as a percentage or a rupiah amount, from the cart or from the Cashier page.
Steps

Open the discount box
In the cart’s Order Summary, tap the edit icon on the Discount row. For an order already sent, open Cashier and use the edit icon on the Discount row there.

Choose the type
Choose Percentage for a percentage off, or Fixed Amount for a rupiah amount.

Enter the value
Fill in Discount Percentage (%) or Discount Amount (IDR), then tap Apply Discount. The total updates straight away.
A fixed discount larger than the subtotal is refused. Tap Remove Discount to undo it. A discount is cleared when the order is split with Split Bill.

A little more depth, so your team understands why, not just which button.
Discount, promotion or compliment?
A discount is a one-off reduction on one bill. A promotion is built in EnakVP and applies automatically by schedule and channel. A compliment is for an item given free, for example as an apology, and is reported separately.
The limits
A rupiah discount cannot be more than the subtotal. A discount is also cleared when an order is divided with Split Bill, so apply it again after splitting.
