Change quantity, notes and options on a cart item
Guest changed their mind? Change the quantity, add a kitchen note or swap the options without starting the order again.
Steps

Change the quantity
On the item row in the cart, tap − or + to take one off or add one.

Add a note
Tap Note on the item row and type what the guest asked for, such as "no sambal". The note shows on the kitchen screen.

Change the options
Tap the Modifier button on the item row. In the Edit Item window, change the Quantity and the options, then tap Update • Rp ... to save.
To remove one item, tap the bin icon on its row, or Remove inside the Edit Item window.
Good to know
A little more depth, so your team understands why, not just which button.
Where item notes end up
A note on one item prints on the kitchen docket and shows under that item on the EnakKDS ticket. For something that applies to the whole order, use the Note field in the Order Summary instead.
Required and optional choices
Groups marked REQUIRED must be answered before the item can go in the cart, while OPTIONAL ones can be skipped. This is set in EnakVP under Your Menu > Modifiers, not at the till.
After the order is sent
Once you tap Proceed, the item is already in the kitchen. Changes after that happen in Cashier through the Actions menu on the item row, not in the cart.
