Each menu in Menu Management is tied to a period through Connect Menu Hours, so create the period first, then link the menu to it.

Good to know

A little more depth, so your team understands why, not just which button.

What a service period is for

A period is a reusable schedule, such as Breakfast from 07:00 to 11:00. A menu is linked to a period, so your breakfast menu stops showing on its own when breakfast ends.

Days you leave empty

A day with no times means the period does not run that day. It is the simplest way to build a menu that only exists at weekends.

Deleting a period

Deleting a period deletes its hours too. Any menu tied to it needs linking to another period in Menu Management, or guests will not see it.
