Add a menu item in EnakVP
Add a new dish with its photo, price and options. It shows up in EnakPOS and EnakApp straight away.
Steps

Open Menu Management
In EnakVP, go to Your Menu > Menu Management in the sidebar. All of your venue’s menus are listed here, such as Food Menu, Daily Specials and Drinks Menu.

Open the menu
Tap View on the menu you are adding to. No menu at all yet? Tap Add New Menu first.

Tap Add New Item in the right category
The menu page shows your categories, such as Wings, with their items. Scroll to the bottom of the category you want and tap Add New Item. No category yet? Tap Add Menu Category at the top right (the panel that opens is headed Add New Category).

Fill in the item details
The Create menu item panel opens. Enter the Item Name, then add a Menu Code (PLU), Item Description and Item Image if you want them. Switch on Visible and Available, and check Visible On lists POS Dashboard and Customer App depending on where the dish is sold.

Set the price
Scroll down to Pricing. On the Prices row, leave Channel as Regular for in-house sales and fill in the Base Price. Tap Add price if the dish is also sold on another channel such as GrabFood.

Save it
Tap Create. The dish appears in that category, ready to sell in EnakPOS and on show in EnakApp.
Want add-ons such as size or spice level? Build the group first under Your Menu > Modifiers, then pick it in the Modifiers field while creating the item.
Good to know
A little more depth, so your team understands why, not just which button.
Visible, Visible On and Available
Visible decides whether the dish shows at all. Visible On decides where: POS Dashboard for the till, Customer App for guests. Available decides whether it can be ordered. A new dish usually "disappears" simply because one of those three is still off.
Display Price and Base Price
Base Price is the required price. Display Price is for when you want guests to see a different figure, such as a rounded one. Whether prices already include tax and service is a channel setting, not a per-item one.
A price for each channel
One dish can carry a different price per channel. Tap Add price and choose a channel such as GrabFood. If the dish is only sold through a delivery app, remove the Regular row.
Menu Code (PLU) helps your reports
The Menu Code (PLU) is optional, but it makes sales reports much easier to read and helps match dishes to inventory. If you duplicate a dish with Copy, change its PLU so reports do not merge the two.
