Steps

  1. 1

    Open Tables Management

In EnakVP, go to Venue Management > Tables Management. The Overview tab lists every table, and each floor area gets its own tab with a count of the tables in it.

  2. 2

    Create the floor area

Tap Add Floor Area, fill in the Floor Area Name such as Terrace or Upstairs, then choose the Menus. That Menus field is what decides which menus guests sitting there can see, so pick it carefully.

  3. 3

    Add the tables

Tap Add New Table, pick the Floor Area and fill in the Table Name. Table names must be unique in your venue. The QR Code fills itself in and cannot be edited. Tables go in one at a time: EnakVP has no way to add several at once.

  4. 4

    Download the QR code

Open the table again with Edit. The Table URL now appears, with a copy button beside it, along with the QR image and a Download QR Code button. Download it and print the sticker.

  5. 5

    Reorder them if you want

The Sort handle on the left of each row can be dragged to change the order tables appear in. Reordering is safe: printed QR codes keep working.

A table QR is built from its floor area name and its table name. Renaming a table, moving it to another area, or renaming the floor area stops every printed sticker for it from working. Download and reprint after any of those changes.

Good to know

A little more depth, so your team understands why, not just which button.

The Menus field is the setting that matters

Menus on a floor area decides what guests sitting there can order. A terrace area linked only to the Drinks Menu means nobody on the terrace can order food. When guests say the menu looks short, check this field first.

Why a QR code breaks

A table QR holds an address built from the floor area name and the table name, not from its random code. So renaming anything in that chain makes the address point at nothing, and the guest gets a blank page. A code like AB7C4821 is only there for searching on this page.

Adding a lot of tables

EnakVP adds tables one at a time. For a new venue with dozens of them, send us the table list on WhatsApp and our team will enter them for you, and get the QR codes ready to print.
