Create a discount promotion
Build a happy hour or a percentage discount on the dishes you choose, with its own schedule, usage limits and channels.
Steps

Open Promotion Management
In EnakVP, go to Marketing > Promotion Management and create a new promotion.

Fill in the basics
Promotion Type is Discount only now. Fill in Name, Display Name and Description, then tap generate if you want a Code Promo.

Choose what it covers
In Promotion Settings, use Apply To and then Select Items to choose which dishes the promotion covers. Promotions are attached to dishes here, not from the dish itself.

Set the price per channel
Under Sales Channels, set the Value type and Value for each channel, such as a percentage off or a Rupiah amount off.

Limit it and schedule it
Add a Minimum Spend, Maximum Discount and usage limits if you want them, then set Start Date, End Date, Promotion Time and Active Days. Make sure Active is on, then save.
A promotion only applies on the channels you fill in. To pause one, use Disable, and Enable to run it again. Combo deals can no longer be created here: build the package as a single menu item with an upsell group instead. For a badge with no price change, use Your Menu > Promo Labels.

A little more depth, so your team understands why, not just which button.
Promotion, promo label or till discount?
A discount promotion changes prices automatically on a schedule. A Promo Label only adds wording such as "Chef pick" without changing the price. A till discount applies once, to one bill.
Pricing is per channel
Each sales channel has its own promotion value. A channel you leave empty gets no promotion, so you can run a deal for guests in the venue but not for third-party apps.
Put limits on it
Use Minimum Spend, Maximum Discount, and the total and per-customer usage limits. For a happy hour, set Promotion Time and Active Days so it only runs when you want it to.
