Change your tax, service charge and receipt settings
Set your venue's tax rate, service charge, rounding and how many receipt copies print, all yourself.
Steps

Open General Settings
In EnakVP, go to Settings > Venue Settings > General Settings. The page is a list: one row per setting, which you change one at a time with Edit. Only a Manager or Owner can open it.

Set the tax and the service charge
Change Service Charge Rate and Restaurant Tax Rate. Both are percentages, so type 10 for 10 per cent. Use Total Rounding if you want totals rounded: the choices are Off (no rounding), Round up to 100, Round up to 500 and Round up to 1.000.

Decide whether prices already include tax
Switch on Prices Include Tax & Fees if your menu prices already carry tax and fees, so guests pay exactly the figure on the menu. Leave it off if tax and service are added on top.

Set up your receipts
Switch on Print Receipt Automatically After Payment so a receipt comes out every time a payment completes. Under Receipt Copies Printed at Payment, choose 1 copy, 2 copies or 3 copies.

Change the PIN length if you need to
Staff PIN Length offers 4 digits (faster to type, less secure) or 6 digits (recommended). Before saving, EnakVP shows Change staff PIN length? and names the staff whose PIN will be cleared. Only PINs with a different number of digits are cleared, and only at this venue.
Application Fee Rate is marked Read-only and can only be changed by EnakPay, and so can Online Payment in Customer App. Message us if either needs changing.

One row, one setting
General Settings is not one long form. Each setting is a row you open and save on its own. The Venue edit column tells you which ones are yours: Allowed means you can change it, Not allowed means only EnakPay can.
What happens to existing PINs
Changing Staff PIN Length does not clear every PIN. It clears only the PINs whose digit count differs from the new length, and only at this venue. The same person's PIN at another venue is untouched. EnakVP names everyone affected before you save, then reminds you again afterwards.
Prices Include Tax & Fees is tied to the Regular channel
This setting pairs with Prices Include Tax & Service on the Regular channel under Sales Channels. Saving either one updates the other, so change it in one place, then check Guest pays on a dish to confirm the result.
Application Fee Rate is set by EnakPay
That row shows with a Read-only marker and has no Edit button. Its value is part of your agreement with EnakPay. Message us if the figure does not look right.
