Steps

  1. 1

    Open Menu Management

In EnakVP, go to Your Menu > Menu Management and open the menu the dish sits in by tapping View.

  2. 2

Tap Set Price on the dish

Find the dish in its category and tap the green Set Price button at the right of its row.

  3. 3

    Change the price

On the Prices row, check the Channel is right (Regular for in-house sales), then type the new Base Price, for example 95000.

  4. 4

    Check Guest pays

Underneath, Guest pays shows the total your guest will pay, broken down into base price, service, tax and app fee. Make sure that figure is what you expect.

  5. 5

    Save

Tap Save changes. The new price is used in EnakPOS and EnakApp immediately, including the next guest order.

Display Price only changes the figure guests see, such as "Rp 95k". Leave it empty to show the price as it is.

Good to know

A little more depth, so your team understands why, not just which button.

Base Price, Display Price and what guests pay

Base Price is the figure the system calculates from. Display Price only changes how it is shown, such as "Rp 95k". Guest pays is the real total once service charge, tax and the app fee are added.

A different price per channel

Each channel has its own row. To charge more on GrabFood only, add or edit that channel’s row and leave Regular alone. A channel with no price row will not sell the dish at all.

Are prices tax-inclusive?

That depends on the channel setting, not the dish. When a channel is set to include tax and service, Guest pays matches the Base Price. Message us if you want that changed.

Seeing what a price used to be

In the Insight app, tap Prices to see an item’s price history, including selling price, cost and the latest margin.
