Steps

  1. 1

The guest scans the table QR

The QR opens your venue page in the phone browser, with the table already set. There is no app to download.

  2. 2

    The guest browses the menu

They open a menu, use the diet filters and price slider, or tap Not sure what to order? to be guided to a dish.

  3. 3

    The guest picks an item

On the item page they choose options marked (Required) or (Select Min 1 option), set the quantity, then tap Add to order.

  4. 4

    The guest checks the order

In Your Order they choose Dine In or Takeaway, add a note to any item, and open Fees & Tax to see the breakdown.

  5. 5

    The guest pays

After CONTINUE TO PAYMENT they fill in their name, choose Pay Now or Pay at Register, agree to the terms and tap Submit Order.

  6. 6

    The guest follows the order

They can tap Follow your order to see their queue number and watch the status until it is ready to collect.

A guest’s order list is kept only on the phone they ordered from. If they switch phones, help them from the Cashier page in EnakPOS.

Good to know

A little more depth, so your team understands why, not just which button.

Guests download nothing

EnakApp opens in the phone browser. That is why a guest’s order list lives only on the phone they ordered from. If they switch phones, help them from the Cashier page in EnakPOS.

Filters and the menu assistant

The diet filters and price slider only appear once enough dishes carry attributes in EnakVP. The more complete your menu details, the more useful this becomes.

Scheduled orders are paid up front

If your venue allows scheduled orders, guests pick a day and a collection time, and that order is paid when they place it.
