Hide a dish from guests but keep selling it at the till
There are three different ways to hide a dish. Pick the right one so your counter team can still sell it.
Steps

Open the menu item
In EnakVP, go to Your Menu > Menu Management, tap View on the menu, then Edit on the item.

Hide it from guests only
Under Visible On, untick Customer App. The dish disappears from EnakApp but can still be sold in EnakPOS.

Hide it everywhere
Switch off Available when the dish should not be sold anywhere, including at the counter.
For a dish that has just run out today, use Your Menu > Stock Management instead. Items marked out of stock show as OUT OF STOCK and cannot be ordered.

A little more depth, so your team understands why, not just which button.
Three levers, three different results
Visible On decides where a dish appears, for example only at the till. Available switches it off everywhere. Stock Management marks it sold out, and guests see an OUT OF STOCK label.
Options can run out too
If only one choice has run out, such as a syrup flavour, use Modifier Stock Management. That option shows as unavailable while the dish stays orderable.
Changes apply straight away
The guest menu reads from EnakVP live, so as soon as you save, the next guest to open the menu sees the change.
