Handle "Pay at Register" orders
Guests order from the table but want to pay at the counter. Here is how your team finds and closes those orders.
Steps

The guest chooses Pay at Register
At checkout the guest picks Pay at Register. The order still goes to the kitchen, but it is not paid yet.

Find the order at the counter
In EnakPOS, open Cashier and search for the guest name or table number. The order shows as unpaid.

Take the payment
Tap Proceed to Payment, choose the payment method, enter the amount received and finish as you would for any payment.
In EnakVP, the Pay At Register page lists all of these orders with Time, Order number, Customer name, Table number, Status and Total. It is a good end-of-shift check.

A little more depth, so your team understands why, not just which button.
The order still goes to the kitchen
A Pay at Register order is sent to the kitchen even though it is unpaid. Make sure your counter team collects payment before the guest leaves, especially when it is busy.
Check it at the end of the shift
The Pay At Register page in EnakVP lists all of these orders and their status. Make it part of closing down so no bill is missed.
Online payment is switched on by EnakPay
If guests never see the Pay Now option, online payment is not enabled for your venue yet. Message us and we will set it up.
