How to Reactivate a Promotion

Option 1 — Quick enable:

1. Navigate to Marketing → Promotion Management

2. Locate the promotion and click Enable

3. Confirm the action in the prompt

Option 2 — Via the promotion settings:

1. Navigate to Marketing → Promotion Management

2. Locate the promotion and click Edit

3. Under the Basic Information tab, toggle Active to ON

4. Click Save Changes
