The rules of the Refer & Earn program, in plain language.

These terms govern the EnakPay Refer & Earn program (the "Program"). By submitting a referral, you agree to them.
1.Who can take part
The Program is open to individuals and businesses. You do not need to be an EnakPay customer. Venue staff may refer any venue other than the one they work at. EnakPay employees and contractors, and venues they own or control, are not eligible.
2.What counts as a valid referral
A referral is valid when the venue is new to EnakPay — not an existing or former EnakPay venue, and not already in an active sales conversation with EnakPay — and the venue consents to being contacted. A venue can only be referred once: the first person to register it is credited as its referrer. You may not refer a venue you own, control, or are employed by.
3.The free month
Referred venues receive their first month of EnakPay free. The free month is a trial and is not invoiced, so it does not count toward your reward calculation. Your reward is based on the paid months that follow.
4.When your reward qualifies
Your reward qualifies when the referred venue activates a paid subscription on a 12-month contract and pays their first three monthly subscription invoices in full.
5.What you earn
A one-time payment equal to 40% of the subscription fees the venue paid across those first three paid months. The calculation covers subscription fees only — hardware, terminals, and one-off setup fees are excluded.
6.How you're paid
By bank transfer to your registered, verified account, within 30 days of the qualifying third paid invoice. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and, where required, a valid tax ID (NPWP).
7.Protection window
If, within 60 days of your payout, the referred venue cancels, reverses or charges back the qualifying payments, or is found to be ineligible or fraudulent, EnakPay may recover the payout or offset it against your other Program earnings.
8.Fair play
Self-referrals, fake or duplicate venues, and any attempt to manipulate the Program forfeit all rewards. EnakPay's determination of eligibility and reward amounts is final.
9.Tax
Rewards may constitute taxable income and may be subject to applicable Indonesian tax and withholding (PPh). Amounts are stated before any tax that applies. EnakPay does not provide tax advice — please confirm your own position.
10.Changes to the Program
EnakPay may modify or end the Program at any time. Referrals validly registered before a change are honored under the terms in effect when they were registered.
