How to Pause a Promotion

Pausing a promotion removes it from the POS and Customer App without deleting it.

Option 1 — Quick disable:

1. Navigate to Marketing → Promotion Management

2. Locate the promotion and click Disable

3. Confirm the action in the prompt

Option 2 — Via the promotion settings:

1. Navigate to Marketing → Promotion Management

2. Locate the promotion and click Edit

3. Under the Basic Information tab, toggle Active to OFF

4. Click Save Changes
