How to Create a New Combination Promotion
A combination promotion offers a set package of selected menu items at a fixed or discounted price.
Steps:
Navigate to Marketing → Promotion Management
Click New Promotion at the top right
Complete the four tabs as follows:
|Tab 1 — Basic InformationPromotion Type — Select Combo Promotion
Name — An internal reference name. Not visible to customers or staff unless no Display Name is entered. Use a descriptive name to distinguish promotions that may share the same Display Name. (e.g. "Mondays Combination Special", "Tuesdays Combination Special")
Code Promo — Auto-generated by the system. Do not modify.
Display Name — The promotion name customers and staff will see. (e.g. "Weekday Special")
Description — Details of what is included in this promotion
Terms & Conditions — List any restrictions that apply (e.g. "Available Mondays only, dine-in only, one per customer")
Banner Image — Upload an image featuring the items included in the combination
Active — Toggle OFF to hide the promotion while it is being set up. Toggle ON when it is ready to be visible on the POS and Customer App.
Stackable — Controls whether this promotion can be combined with other active promotions. (This feature is currently in testing.)
Tab 2 — Promotion Settings
Fixed Combination Price (IDR) — A single set price for the entire combination. This reduces the base price of all included items to arrive at the fixed total. Cannot be used simultaneously with Percentage Reduction.
Percentage Reduction (%) — A percentage discount applied across all included items. Cannot be used simultaneously with Fixed Combination Price.
Select Menu Items for Combo — Add the items that make up this combination:
Click the Select an option field and search for or scroll to find each item
Click Add to Select Menu Items for Combo to add it
A minimum of 2 menu items is required. There is no maximum.
To remove an item, click the Trash Can icon next to it
To swap an item, click ✕ next to it and search for a replacement
Tab 3 — Restrictions
Minimum Spend (IDR) — The minimum order value required to apply this promotion. Enter 0 if there is no minimum.
Maximum Discount (IDR) — A cap on the total discount value. Use this when terms include a phrase such as "20% off up to 100k on your total meal".
Total Usage Limit — Limit the total number of times this promotion can be redeemed across all customers. Leave blank for unlimited usage.
Usage Limit Per Customer — Not currently available.
Tab 4 — Schedule
Start Date — The date the promotion becomes active
End Date — The date the promotion ends
Start Time — The earliest time each day the promotion is available
End Time — The latest time each day the promotion is available
Active Days — Select the days of the week the promotion applies
Example: A Monday Combination Special available from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM throughout January would be set as: Start Date 01/01/2025, End Date 01/31/2025, Start Time 12:00 PM, End Time 10:00 PM, Active Days: Monday only. For a promotion that runs all day, set Start Time to 12:01 AM and End Time to 11:59 PM.
