How much does a restaurant POS cost in Indonesia (2026)?

The cost of a restaurant POS in Indonesia is made up of several parts: the software subscription, hardware such as tablets and printers, fees on digital payments, and setup costs. At EnakPay, plans start at Rp299K per month per venue, with no onboarding fees, and the system runs on devices you already own.

What makes up the cost of a restaurant POS?

The monthly plan price is only one part. To avoid surprises later, add up every item below:

Cost item What you pay for What to ask the provider
Software subscription A monthly or annual fee per outlet Which features are in the plan? Are there fees per device or per user?
Hardware Tablets, receipt and kitchen printers, kitchen screens Can you use devices you already own?
Digital payments A fee per transaction (MDR) for QRIS, e-wallets and cards What is the rate for each method, and who processes the payments?
Onboarding System setup, menu entry, staff training Is there a one-off fee?
Add-on modules QR ordering, kitchen display, inventory, multi-outlet Included in the plan, or paid separately?
Support Help when something goes wrong Available during your opening hours? Can they come on site?
Internet A connection at the counter, in the kitchen and for guests What happens when the connection drops?

How much do EnakPay plans cost?

All prices are per venue.

Plan Monthly Annual What’s included
Lite Rp299,000 Rp2,990,000 POS (EnakPOS) and venue portal (EnakVP)
Basic Rp499,000 Rp4,990,000 Everything in Lite, plus QR ordering (EnakApp) and kitchen display (EnakKDS)
Pro Rp799,000 Rp7,990,000 Everything in Basic, plus inventory, ingredient-level BOM and stock takes, real-time cost per item (COGS), supplier management and multi-outlet

Prices above exclude VAT (PPN).

Included in every plan:

  • No onboarding fees. Our team sets up the system and loads your menu.
  • No annual lock-in on monthly plans.
  • 2 months free when you pay annually.
  • 24/7 support, remote and on site.
  • Works with your existing devices. Cloud printers, KDS hardware, POS terminals and tablets are optional add-ons.

Digital payments are processed by our licensed partner, PT Digital Solusi Pratama, which is licensed by Bank Indonesia and PCI DSS compliant. Guests can pay by QRIS, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, card or cash.

Example: first-year cost

Say a café chooses Basic so guests can order by QR and orders go straight to the kitchen screen:

Pay monthly Pay annually
12 months of software 12 × Rp499,000 = Rp5,988,000 Rp4,990,000
Onboarding fee Rp0 Rp0
Hardware (using existing tablets) Rp0 Rp0
First-year software total Rp5,988,000 Rp4,990,000

Paying annually saves this café Rp998,000, the same as 2 months of the plan. Digital payment fees are not in this table because they depend on sales volume and the payment methods guests use.

For groups with several outlets, pricing is per venue. Three outlets on Pro, paid monthly, come to 3 × Rp799,000 = Rp2,397,000 per month.

How do you choose the right POS for your venue?

Before you look at prices, work out what your venue actually needs. The full list is in what to look for in a restaurant POS.

  1. Add up the 12-month total, not just the monthly price. Include hardware, onboarding and add-ons.
  2. Check what you actually need. A small venue may only need a POS and reports. Venues with many tables usually benefit from QR ordering and a kitchen display.
  3. Ask about minimum contracts and how to cancel.
  4. Make sure payments are processed by a partner licensed by Bank Indonesia.
  5. Ask about support: the hours, and whether the team can come to your venue.
  6. Try a demo with your own menu, and involve the staff who will use it every day.

How should you compare prices with other providers?

This article deliberately leaves out other providers’ prices. Plan prices change often and every plan includes different things, so a price that looks low may not include QR ordering, a kitchen display or onboarding.

The fairest way to compare: ask each provider for a written quote, fill in the cost table above for each one, and compare the 12-month total for the same features.
