How to Create Stock for a Menu Item

Stock management tracks how many units of a menu item are available. When stock reaches zero, the item is automatically marked as unavailable, preventing customers and staff from ordering it until stock is replenished.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Your Menu → Stock Management

  2. Click New Menu Item Stock at the top right

  3. Complete the following fields:

    • Menu Item — Type or scroll to find the menu item you wish to track, then click to select it

    • Initial Quantity — Enter the current stock count for that item

  4. Click Create or Create & Create Another

Once stock is created, the system will automatically decrease the quantity each time an order containing that item is placed.
