Pay Now / Open Bill payment modes. Choose whether new orders go straight to payment, stay as an open bill, or let the cashier decide for each order (Venue Settings → POS Payment Mode).

Charge to account (bon). Orders can be charged to a customer's account and settled later, with a Pending Payment page and export in the Venue Portal. Switch it on with "Allow Pending Payment (Charge to Customer)".

Invoicing. Group orders into an invoice, record payments against it, and export it as a PDF.

QRIS checkout through the payment gateway. Press QRIS and a dynamic QR code appears on the POS (and on the Customer Display). Enable it with "Generate QRIS Through Payment Gateway" under General Settings.

Refunds from the Venue Portal (Supervisor and above), with a reason recorded on every refund.

The cash drawer opens automatically after a cash payment on iMin devices, including the cash part of a split payment.

Open and close the register while offline. Expected cash is calculated when the device syncs, and the register recap can be printed.

Cancel and compliment items or whole orders while offline; they replay automatically when the connection returns.

Manual order-level discounts work offline, with the authorising staff member recorded.

Merge Bill from the cashier order panel, online and offline.

Manual discount on the whole order from the cashier discount popup, shown as its own line in the order summary.

Reprint popup on every cashier order card: the receipt plus one button per kitchen or bar docket.

"POS Order Types" setting. Choose which of Dine in, Dine in (no table) and Takeaway are offered when adding a customer.

Open-price items. The cashier enters the price when adding the item, protected by a PIN. The POS catalogue can also be sorted by best seller.

Third-party platform label (Grab, GoFood, etc.) shown on cashier cards, kitchen dockets and receipts.

Sales channels. Set different prices for Regular, GrabFood, GoFood and ShopeeFood on menu items, modifier options, combos and promotions. The cashier picks the channel with a pill on the POS, and the channel badge shows on the order.

Single-workbook menu import. Items and modifiers in one Excel file, with downloadable templates.

Modifier Manager "Menu Item" tab to link or unlink modifier groups per item, plus a "Show in item recap" option per group.

Receipt paper width setting (58 mm or 80 mm). Fonts, logo and dockets adapt automatically.

"Print Receipt Automatically After Payment" toggle. Turn it off under General Settings to stop automatic printing; manual reprints and kitchen dockets are unaffected.

Print Issues button in the POS sidebar listing failed or stuck print jobs, with reprint and dismiss.

A POS device without a printer sends receipts to any paired EnakPay Agent; the test print works the same way.

The tablet app now updates itself, and a POS-only tablet can open the sales report in the Agent app with a staff PIN.

Customer Display settings page: Off, Mirror, Image slideshow, or Slideshow with the bill shown at payment. Separate idle and payment images with crop, fit, transition and interval.

Live bill on the second screen (subtotal, discount, service, tax, rounding) and the QRIS code during gateway checkout.

Insight portal. An owner dashboard with PIN login, quick date ranges (Today, Yesterday, This month, Last month…), trend chart and modifier breakdown on top items.

Payment Channels section in the Sales Report, per method and per bank (EDC BCA, EDC BNI…).

Waste / Returned to stock / Complimentary breakdown in the Sales Report with reasons and estimated food cost lost.

"Modules Open to Staff" setting. Choose which portal areas your Staff-level users may open.

Record Production page, and packaging amenities per modifier option (e.g. hot cup vs cold cup) for stock and COGS.

The staff member who enters a PIN is recorded on orders and items, online and offline.

Staff: attach an existing account by email, and bulk "Remove from venue".
