Item Summary Overview and Terms

The Item Summary page shows a complete breakdown of every menu item and modifier option sold within a selected time period. This is useful for inventory planning, identifying top-selling items, and informing restocking decisions. Data can be exported as CSV.

Key Terms:

• Item Name / Modifier Name — The menu item or modifier option that was sold

• Type — Indicates whether the record is a Menu Item or Modifier Option

• Price — The base price of the item or modifier option

• Quantity — Total units sold within the selected date range

• Net Sales — Calculated as: Base Price × Quantity

• Order Date — The date the item was most recently sold
