1.5.2.9 How do I change the customers order to the next status

To change the customers order to the next status without having to use the KDS, do the following;

1. Click Dashboard > Orders.

2. To locate an order, search for the Customer Name or Table Name and click Show. The most recent orders appear at the top of the main Order Management page, which displays all order statuses.

3. Click on the ⋮ icon.

4. Click on the Next Status button.
