How do I use the Search Function within a Menu

Use this guide to filter and locate specific items within a menu using the built-in search function.

Steps:

1. Navigate to Your Menu → Menu Management, then click on the name of the menu you want to search within

2. Use the filter fields at the top of the page to narrow your results:

   • Search — Enter a menu item name or keyword from its description

   • Type — Filter by how the item is displayed on the POS: Regular Menu, Third Party, Custom, or Commission

   • Visibility — Filter by where the item appears: All (Customer App + POS), POS Dashboard only, or Customer App only

   • Status — Filter by availability: Available or Unavailable. Useful for quickly identifying out-of-stock items

   • Pricing — Filter by pricing type: All Inclusive (tax & service included in base price), Regular (tax & service added at checkout), or Promo (items currently on promotion)

3. Results update automatically as you apply each filter — no need to click a search button
