1.6.4 How to find a staff members access profile

To find a staff members access to POS and KDS profile, do the following;

  1. Click Staff Management > Staff.

  2. Above the table you can find the staff member with different filtering options

    1. Search Field: Click the Search Field and you can enter in the staff members Name or Email

    2. Filter Feature: You can view staff access profiles by filtering with

      1. Account Status: 

        1. All Staff: You will see all active and inactive staff members access profiles

        2. Active Only: You will only see staff members access profiles that have a status of Active.

        3. Inactive Only: You will only see staff members access profiles that have a status of Inactive.

      2. System Access:

        1. Point of Sales Access: This will filter to show you only access profiles that have access only to the POS (Point of Sales).

        2. Kiosk System Access:  This will filter to show you only access profiles that have access only to the KDS (Kiosk System/Kitchen Display System)

        3. Multiple Roles: This will filter to show you access profiles that have access to both the POS and KDS/Kiosk systems.

        4. No Access: Avoid this as profiles should have a minimum of 1 access selected.
