How to Edit a Modifier Group

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Your Menu → Modifiers

  2. Locate the modifier group you wish to update and click Edit on the right side

  3. You will see three tabs: Details tab — Edit any of the following fields:

    • Modifier Group Name — Internal reference name for searching and linking

    • Display Name — The heading customers see above the options

    • Display Group as Expanded? — Toggle ON to show options immediately; OFF to require a tap to reveal

    • Is This Required? — Required ON forces a minimum selection; Required OFF makes the modifier optional

    • Minimum Selection — Minimum number of options the customer must choose

    • Maximum Selection — Maximum number of options the customer may choose

    • No Maximum Selection — Tick to allow unlimited selections

    Linked Modifier Options tab — Add or create modifier options within this group:

    • Click Add Modifier Option(s) to Group, then use the search field to find and select existing modifier options. Multiple options can be added at once. Click Submit to confirm.

    • Click Create Modifier Option to create a new option from scratch. Complete the fields: Modifier Option Name (internal name), Short Name (visible to customers), Display Price (shown to customers, e.g. +15k or blank if free), Price (the actual numeric price adjustment, e.g. +15000, -15000, or 0), and Available (toggle OFF if the option is out of stock). Click Create.

    Linked Menu Items tab — Link this modifier group to one or more menu items:

    • Click Add Menu Item(s) to Group, then search for and select the menu items you wish to link. Multiple items can be selected at once. Click Submit to confirm.

  4. Click Update to save all changes
