1.1.2.2 How to edit a menu category

To edit menu category information do the following:

  1. Click Your Menu > Menu Management

  2. Click one the Menu Name/Title you would like to create the new menu category within.

  3. At the title of the menu category on the right, click the Edit Icon.

  1. Category Name: This is the title you will group your menu items within, this will be visible on the Customer App and the POS at the top with the slide navigation. For example, you might group all Cocktails together within a category named Cocktail.

  2. Category Description: This is just more information on the category. This will not be visible on the customer app or the POS. This is just for the Venue Portal purpose.

  3. Select Service Area: This is a drop down, you can select which printer / service area the menu items within this category will be sent to. (Note: If you do not have a Service Area created, follow 1.9.1 About Service Areas)

  4. Click Save Changes.
