How to Create a New Table

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Venue Management → Tables Management

  2. Click + Add New Table and complete the following fields:

    • Floor Area — Select the floor area this table belongs to. Floor areas must be created first under Add Floor Area if none exist yet.

    • Table Name — The table number or identifier visible to customers and staff. Some venues include a prefix to indicate the area. (e.g. "M24" for table 24 in the Main Dining Area, or simply "32" for table 32)

    • QR Code — Do not modify this field. The QR code is automatically generated and finalised after the table is saved. Do not download the QR code during the creation process — it will change after saving to reflect the correct venue, floor area, and table name.

  3. Click Create or Create & Create Another

After saving, you can download the finalised QR code from the table's edit view.
