How to Create a New Menu
Use this guide to create a new menu in your venue portal. A menu acts as the top-level container for your menu categories and items.
Steps:
Navigate to Your Menu → Menu Management
Click Add New Menu
Complete the following fields:
Menu Name — The name your customers and staff will see. (e.g. Breakfast Menu)
Menu Hours — Select the time period this menu should be available. Menu Hours must be created in advance — see 1.8.2 Menu Hours for instructions.
Menu Description — An internal description to distinguish menus with similar names. (e.g. "Bar area only" vs. "Main dining area")
Menu Image — Upload an image to help customers and international guests quickly identify the menu's contents.
Available — Toggle ON to make the menu visible on the Customer App and POS. Toggle OFF to hide it while you are still setting it up.
Click Create to save, or Create & Create Another to immediately begin adding a second menu.
