1.1.1.1 How to create a new menu

If you’d like to create a whole new menu, this will include menu categories and menu items which will be sub under this menu, do the following steps:

  1. Go to Your Menu > Menu Management

  2. Click Add New Menu

    1. Menu Name: This will be how the customers and your staff will identify your menus. For example, Breakfast Menu

    2. Connect Menu Hours: Select hours you would like this menu to be available. (Note: You have to create Menu Hours prior to selecting. To create New Menu Hours follow 1.8.2 Menu Hours).

    3. Menu Description: This is just to identify different menus from one another if you have same Menu Name. Example, your venue might have two Drinks Menu, one might be exclusively for the Bar area and tables and another might be for your main dining area.

    4. Menu Image: Adding images to your menu showcases what is on offer and to distinguish the difference easily rather than just words. This allows for international speakers to easily understand what the menu contains.

    5. Available: This is if you would like your menu to be shown on the Customer App and POS. An example of why you might leave this “OFF” is when you are creating a new menu and do not want it to be shown or available to be ordered from.

  3. Click Create or Create & Create Another button. If you click Create & Create Another, you can create another menu following from step 2.
