How to Remove a Staff Member's Access

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Staff Management → Staff

  2. Locate the staff member using the search field or filters:

    • Search Field — Enter name or email

    • Account Status — Filter by Active Only, Inactive Only, or All Staff

    • System Access — Filter by POS Access, Kiosk Access, Multiple Roles, or No Access

  3. Click Delete on the right side of the staff member's profile

  4. Confirm by clicking Yes, Remove Staff
