1.5.2.8 How do I cancel or decline a customers order that was placed from the customer app

Customers who have placed orders through the Customer App will need to be reviewed and either approved or cancelled. To cancel or decline the customer order, do the following;

  1. Click Dashboard > Orders.

  2. To locate an order, search for the Customer Name or Table Name and click Show. The most recent orders appear at the top of the main Order Management page, which displays all order statuses. Orders that require attention will be marked with the status "Review Order."

  3. On the right side of the order screen, towards the top. Click the Cancel Order button. Or you can click on the ⋮ icon, then click the Cancel Order button.

  4. A prompt will appear, enter in the reason for cancelling the order. 

  5. Click the Confirm button.
