How to Cancel or Decline a Customer App Order

Orders placed via the Customer App arrive with a status of Review Order and must be reviewed by staff before progressing. To cancel or decline an order, do the following:

  1. Navigate to Dashboard → Orders

  2. Locate the order marked Review Order — search by Customer Name or Table Name and click Show

  3. Click the Cancel Order button on the right side of the order screen, or click the icon and select Cancel Order

  4. A prompt will appear — enter the reason for cancelling the order

  5. Click Confirm
