How to Cancel or Decline a Customer App Order
Orders placed via the Customer App arrive with a status of Review Order and must be reviewed by staff before progressing. To cancel or decline an order, do the following:
Navigate to Dashboard → Orders
Locate the order marked Review Order — search by Customer Name or Table Name and click Show
Click the Cancel Order button on the right side of the order screen, or click the ⋮ icon and select Cancel Order
A prompt will appear — enter the reason for cancelling the order
Click Confirm
