How to Approve a Customer App Order

Orders placed via the Customer App arrive with a status of Review Order and must be reviewed by staff before progressing. To approve an order, do the following:

Option 1 — Approve from the Order Detail View:

  1. Navigate to Dashboard → Orders

  2. Locate the order marked Review Order — search by Customer Name or Table Name and click Show

  3. Click the Approve Order button on the right side of the order screen, or click the icon and select Approve Order

  4. A confirmation prompt will appear — click Confirm

Option 2 — Approve using Next Status:

  1. Navigate to Dashboard → Orders

  2. Locate the order marked Review Order — search by Customer Name or Table Name and click Show

  3. Click the icon

  4. Click Next Status
